Find job nowadays is not easy in newspaper and online in jobstreet. The company will normally offer job until you are 55 years old.

If you purchase a car, after 10 years the price of the car will drop.

Please do not trust and go for free training, because they will wash your brain. They have many branch in Midvalley, and Menara Standard Charterd Bank, near Pavilion.
Buy property not so high risk than Forex.

KL Plaza, 179, Jalan Bukit Bintang, 55100 Kuala Lumpur is going down. 90% of the shop has been closed. Guardian Pharmacy, Travel bag shop are closed. It is dark inside, smelly, no air-condition. This shopping mall is a mess.

Staircase is also important in a property. If the staircase surface is cement render, is hard to clean and dirty.
e.g. Staircase in University College Sedaya International (UCSI). As a University the staircase should be render with tiles.

Main Entrance/ Lobby

The main entrance / lobby must have a receptionist.
So that the customer walk-in, can have enquires.
e.g. Menara Kek Seng, Jalan Bukit Bintang, Kuala Lumpur did not have receptionist in the front desk.
