Do more survey...
Ask more friends...who buy property before...or who work in a real estate/ developer company...

Many banker will call you after you purchase a property...such as public bank, citi bank, cimb, uob, rhb bank etc...
Please do more survey, find the right and suitable package...:) cheers...
